1. Service Description

RUSHWEAR CPH provides on-demand personal shopping services in Copenhagen. Customers provide product specifications (links, pictures, or descriptions), and we purchase and deliver items on the same day.

Our service operates within Copenhagen postal codes 1000-2720. Delivery is typically completed within 3-5 hours of order confirmation.

2. Ordering Process

Order Submission: Customers submit orders through our website by providing product information, delivery address, and contact details.

Order Confirmation: Upon payment, the order is confirmed and we begin shopping. A confirmation email will be sent to the provided email address.

Order Acceptance: By placing an order, you accept these terms and conditions. We reserve the right to decline orders that violate our policies.

3. Pricing & Payment

Price Calculation: Total price = Items Cost + Service Fee (5%) + Delivery Fee

  • Items Cost: Your estimated product prices
  • Service Fee: 5% of items cost
  • Delivery Fee: 29 DKK (postal codes 1000-2399) or 39 DKK (postal codes 2400-2720)

Payment: Payment is processed via Stripe at checkout. We accept all major credit cards and digital payment methods. Payment is non-refundable once order is confirmed.

Pricing Accuracy: Estimated prices are based on your input. Actual product prices may vary. We will contact you if significant price differences are found.

4. Delivery Areas & Times

Service Area: We deliver to Copenhagen postal codes 1000-2720 only.

Delivery Time: Orders are typically delivered within 3-5 hours of confirmation. Delivery times may vary based on product availability and traffic conditions.

Delivery Address: Delivery address must be within our service area. We do not deliver to PO boxes or business addresses without prior arrangement.

5. Unavailable Items & Substitutions

Item Availability: We shop from every physical store in Copenhagen. However, items may be unavailable due to stock issues or store closures.

Unavailable Items: If an item is unavailable, we will contact you to discuss alternatives or provide a refund for that item.

Substitutions: We may suggest similar items if exact products are unavailable. You have the right to accept or decline substitutions.

Refunds: Refunds for unavailable items will be processed within 3-5 business days.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation: Orders cannot be cancelled after payment is confirmed. If you need to cancel, contact us immediately at [email protected].

Refund Policy: Refunds are only issued for:

  • Unavailable items that cannot be substituted
  • Significant price discrepancies (exceeding 20% of estimated cost)
  • Failed delivery attempts (after 2 attempts)

Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days to your original payment method.

7. Liability & Damages

Product Condition: We handle products with care. However, we are not responsible for damage caused by:

  • Fragile items without proper protective packaging
  • Perishable items that expire during delivery
  • Customer mishandling after delivery

Damage Claims: Report any damage within 24 hours of delivery. Provide photos and order details. We will investigate and provide compensation if applicable.

Liability Limit: Our liability is limited to the refund of the order amount. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information in your order
  • Provide a valid delivery address within our service area
  • Be available for delivery or arrange alternative delivery instructions
  • Not request illegal or prohibited items
  • Use the service for personal use only
9. Prohibited Items

We cannot shop for:

  • Alcohol or tobacco products
  • Prescription medications
  • Restricted or illegal items
  • Items requiring age verification
  • Hazardous materials

Orders containing prohibited items will be cancelled and refunded.

10. Dispute Resolution

Resolution: We will respond within 48 hours and work to resolve the issue fairly. Most disputes are resolved through refunds or re-delivery.
